We’re offline.

Because real food made by real people needs a real shelf.

Pollen is building a new kind of grocery store — deliberately offline, thoughtfully curated, and designed for your health and wellness.

Opening soon in Frankfurt. More neighborhoods to follow.

OUR VISION

More than a grocery store.

Pollen is creating a physical destination for better food, new discoveries, and everyday rituals. We believe food should be discovered in the real world — on shelves, in neighborhoods, and through places people want to return to.
